Founded in 1984, Fulcrum Publishing is a Colorado-based publishing company that produces and sells quality full-color and
black-and-white books to an international market.
We specialize in nonfiction trade books on gardening, Native American culture, travel and outdoor activity guidebooks, essays of
place, history, biography, the world of ideas, women of the West, natural history and the environment. We publish 35 to 45 books and approximately 10 gardening calendars each year.
Fulcrum Resources publishes books and support materials for teachers, librarians, parents, and elementary through middle school
children in the subjects of science and nature, literature and storytelling, history, multicultural studies, and Native American and Hispanic cultures. Our authors hail from 45 states, Canada, England, Australia,
and Africa.
